It’s so painful when the church doesn’t come through to help and your honesty about this comes as a very hard blow, but it is necessary. It’s a clarion call for us to be a very different kind of church by the grace of God that will always come through for our brothers and sisters and especially in times of trial (which in your case was great trial).
